Instructions for processing a Warranty Claim:
1. Fill out the "Warranty Claim Form" on the left.
- You must upload pictures for us to determine the status of a warranty.
- You must agree with the current warranty criteria listed here before hitting submit.
2. Wait for our Customer Service to contact you via email.
- It usually takes about 4 business days for us to evaluate and email back a status.
3. Send warranty items to us.
- We don't need any accessories, stakes, or poles unless we request them.
- The tent must be clean and free of mold. We will not accept the warranty otherwise.
- The customer pays for the shipping of the items to us. We pay for shipping back if the item was a warranty.
- We suggest you have tracking on the package. We are not liable for the package if lost and does not arrive.
4. Once the warranty has arrived:
- We will contact you and give you a lead time. We do make warranties first priority.
5. Shipping the warranty back.
- We will pay for shipping back to the customer.
- You will get an email with tracking information. Please note that we will require the package to be accepted via signature.
