Compact No. 2

“Not sure of the purchase date, but it appears here with my wife in a photo date-stamped July 1995. That tent was also the Compact model, but the dimensions were slightly bigger. I would have some zipper issues down the line with the flap that covers the door. This time around, however, I didn't discard the tent. In fact, in the more than 12 years since that picture was taken, I still own and regularly use it. Your tents simply are the best quality, best workmanship I have ever seen in a tent. And that tent today looks pretty much like it did back in 1995. If you take care of it, such as by using a groundcloth, letting it dry completely, it seems to last forever.

“This past spring, I purchased another, bigger Springbar - the Campsite model, which I got for a little more roominess, including allowing for standing up, ideal for when keeping a camping base for several days at a stretch. I'm sure it will serve me just as well.”
