Q: What products do you offer for sale online?
A: Currently, the Springbar Store carries products that Kirkham's Outdoor Products manufactures, including the full line of Springbar® tents and canopies, AAA wall tents, Kirkham's canvas car-top luggage carriers, stove and dutch oven covers, storage bags, spare parts and accessories. We also offer items from other manufacturers that are closely related to our tent products. To browse our online inventory, enter the Springbar store through our "Shop Online" link in the main menu at the top of any page.
Q: Can I phone my order in?
A: Absolutely. If your have additional questions about anything featured on this website, or would like to place a phone order, call toll-free (877) 547-5426 or (801) 486-4161 (Kirkham's store, local number). Your call will be routed to the receptionist at Kirkham's retail store. (Store hours are (M-F 9:30-9, Sat 9:30-7. Sun 11-6; we are on Mountain Daylight Time). Ask the receptionist for "tent" or "internet" sales and we'll be happy to assist you.
If you are unable to reach us during regular store hours, send us an email with a brief description of what you are looking for, along with your email address or phone number. We'll get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Q: But what about other items you carry? How do I (browse/purchase) inventory that you have in your Salt Lake City store?
A: Our online store carries a variety of items that will enhance your tent camping experience. At the present time, we are not configured to feature all of our retail inventory online, but we would be happy to assist you with hard-to-find items that we may carry in our retail store. Please call the store at (800) 453-7756 (toll-free) or (801) 486-4161 (local) and ask to speak to a salesperson.
Q: What is covered by your lifetime warranty?
A: We cover the entire tent from top to bottom against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the tent. That includes flaws in original fabrics, zippers, hardware and tent poles as well as stitching and other construction details. We are not liable for ordinary wear-and-tear or abuse, or usage of the tent for commercial applications. In the case that something is damaged or lost and not covered by our warranty, we'll make every effort to get your situation solved as promptly and inexpensively as possible. If you have a question about whether something is covered under warranty, or just need replacement parts, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
Q: How can I obtain a brochure or catalog of your products?
A: We have a simple one-color Springbar brochure and a AAA wall tent brochure available. Send your request by email and we'll mail a copy to you. We don't currently maintain a catalog of the large inventory of retail products carried in our Salt Lake City store. If you have other items you are looking for, contact our retail store and we'll do our best to help you find the products you need.
Q: Is your online store secure? What do you do with my information?
A: You can buy from our online store with confidence. The web pages that process your personal information (including address and credit card information) are hosted on our secure server. We don't retain payment information long-term, but we do maintain a database of customer names and addresses in the event that we need to contact you about your order now or in the future. We may also use your contact information to send you email offers or online newsletters if you "opt-in" to have your name and email address added to our email list.
